The story of Bapu Enterprises began long before the company was formally established. It started with a vision — a belief in investing in opportunity, building long-term value, and creating businesses rooted in strong operational management.
In 1999, that vision became reality with the acquisition of our very first property: Paradise Inn, an independent motel located in Riverside, Ohio. This marked the foundation of what would grow into a diversified and forward-thinking enterprise. Through hands-on management, operational improvements, and a commitment to service excellence, Paradise Inn became more than just a first investment — it became the cornerstone of our business philosophy.
In 2005, Bapu Enterprises strategically transitioned to its next phase of growth by selling Paradise Inn and acquiring Days Inn Huber Heights. This acquisition represented a major milestone, positioning the company within a nationally recognized hospitality brand while strengthening its presence in the Ohio market. We proudly continue to own and operate this property today, reflecting our commitment to long-term investment and sustainable growth.
In 2012, Bapu Enterprises partnered with a Motel 6 property located in Somerset, KY. Bapu Enterprises assisted in the management of the property and its growth. This partnership led to the finding of Bapu Enterprises Chief Financial Officer Pratham Desai.
Since 2018, Bapu Enterprises has experienced significant expansion. What began as a single-property hospitality investment has evolved into a growing portfolio of multiple properties across sectors. This period marked not only geographic growth but also strategic diversification — including our introduction into the food industry, further broadening our operational expertise and market footprint.
In 2025, Bapu Enterprises was officially founded and established.

We believe in creating value through strong management, thoughtful development, and long-term partnerships. Looking ahead, Bapu Enterprises is positioned for continued expansion and innovation. With multiple projects currently in development and planned between 2025 and 2027, we are focused on building upon our proven foundation while exploring new opportunities in hospitality, food service, and beyond.
